Here are some instructions for using/editing the glossary that I hope will help you getting started.
Based on your experiences, you can add more, modify… those instructions.
If you have a problem using this Wiki and you don’t find the solution in the help pages or on the official JSPWiki web site, you can edit this page and ask your question here! (at the end of the page using a medium title, please)

Dynamic Generation of the Glossary

In order to avoid extra work for updating the table of glossary entries whenever a new item is added, the table is generated automatically. To make this work it is necessary that every page of the glossary includes the following lines at the end of the entry:
...(content of the glossary page)

----

Back to the [Trialogical Glossary|Category Trialogical Glossary]

This entry is also helpful for navigating the glossary as it provides a backlink to the starting page.

Adding a New Entry

Before adding a new glossary entry it is important to check if this entry already exists, maybe someone else already created a very similar entry but just used a somewhat different term.
There are two basic ways to add a new concept to the glossary: a) creating a page listed under "projected entries", or b) refer to a new conept from an existing entry.

Using the "Projected Entries" List to Create a New Entry.

In case the concept you want to add is already listed in the "Projected Entries" list, you can add the new entry as follows (otherwise you have to add a projected entry first).
  1. Click on the concept mentioned in the "Projected Entries" list that you would like to add. A blank page will be created titled by the name of the concept.
  2. Define the concept by typing or copying the text.
  3. Tag the entry with [Trialogical Glossary|Category Trialogical Glossary], to include it in the list of glossary entries.
  4. Save the page.
  5. Go back to the mainpage of the trialogical glossary and delete your concept from the list of projected entries.

Creating New Entries While Editing Another Concept.

If you are already editing some of the existing concepts and realize that it would be helpful to link this concept to another yet undefined concept you can do so as follows:
  1. Create a link to the new concept directly in the glossary entry you are currently editing. (For example you might add the following link [knowledge] to the page on "knowledge creation" that you are currently editing.
  2. Save the page you are currently editing and click on the link you have created. A blank page will be created titled by the name of the concept.
  3. Define the new concept by typing or copying the text.
  4. Tag the entry with [Trialogical Glossary|Category Trialogical Glossary], to include it in the list of glossary entries.
  5. Save the page.

Adding a Projected Entry

The list of "projected entries" on the main page of the trialogical glossary is meant to collect those concepts you would like to know more about or that you are planning to define yourself in the future.
In order to add a projected entry, switch to the editing mode and add a link to the concept you want to be defined.
Once a projected entry is defined it should be removed from the list of projected entries.

Structuring Entries

There are some guidelines for this.
