Main results:

  • All tools open correctly and display all the features described in the Help files. Not all the functionalities are accessible for the users
  • The Google Docs Export works partially; it is only possible to export documents to the root folder, but not to create a new folder
  • The Google Calendar integration works partially;
  • The To-Do list works partially; tasks can be created, but are not saved and are not exported to Google calendars
  • It would be useful for the user to have all the Google relate functionalities integrated in one tool
  • To enhance consistency of the GUI of KPE, the dialog boxes of all three tools could be framed using KP-Lab colours
