Relationships can be used to create links between nodes
in the shared space.
There are two types of relationships:
- Metadata relationships
- The name/description of these relationships can be arbitrary, or taken from the underlying semantic data model.

- Hierarchical relationships
- These relationships define containment status between nodes.
