The tool should enable the user to be able to see or view what other contacts he or she has added or updated so that next time the user logs on he or she is able to see all the contacts he has added

|To use the M2T properly, the tool needs 2 input parameters, the /user/(login) and the /sharedSpace /to export data to.The tool is then able to export a meeting depending on spaces one has access to therefore they can only select spaces they belong to in order to export the meeting The exported meetings are not exported even if there is an alert/notification stating “operation ok”. |
this would rather be a question...and not a suggestion..... where are the exported meetings directed to?

|I seem to have the understanding that exporting taskswould be exported as KR as To-Do's.When i click export tasks, a notification stating "OPERATION OK" appears .Where am i supposed to know where i exported the task?|
I think the notifications should be clear enough so that one may know where he or she has exported the tasks.Furthermore...there could be a method where by when one clicks export tasks then there could be a popup box or something of the sort so that he or she has choices to pick as to where he or she intends to export the tasks

| All the sorting seems to works except for the names where the sorting doesnt work properly.One would not know what form the sorting has been done if its alphabetically or numerically.Suprisingly its sorts itself on refreshing the page and thats it |
I think there should be consistency throughout.Since all the other cells are sorted accordingly then the names should also be sorted accordingly.

| The notifications work fine—but they don’t give the right information when they say that the meeting has been successfully exported or ok…or whatever it says…it actually doesn’t conform to the actions|
SUGGESTION :the notifications or alerts should only appear after the action has been performed or have a message in relation to what has happened
